A croquembouche with half dipped white chocolate and half dipped toffee, all sitting atop a round chocolate cake. The cake is a 12″ round that serves 36-56 people. The croquembouche is made up of 50 puffs. The puffs can be put on a platter for guest to help themselves and the cake cut and served or for a more formal function a slice of cake and a puff per person on a plate. Other sizes available
