One of our newer flavours, Vanilla Raspberry is popular for all occasions.
A moist vanilla sponge with two layers of tart raspberry puree marbled through whipped white chocolate ganache covered in butter-cream with grated white chocolate half way up the sides.
Decorated on top with swirls of the marbled white chocolate and raspberry filling, and extra white chocolate shavings.
